Today is John’s birthday and the singer Alan Turner came to help us celebrate, from the Visiting Nook in the conservatory. He sang us a great variety of songs, from Christmas tunes to old 60s classics, which everyone enjoyed. Some people took a while to warm up but eventually everyone was either singing, clapping, moving in time, or dancing and everyone said they had enjoyed themselves afterwards. John and Joan enjoyed a good dance and there were lots of smiles all round. John enjoyed visits from his family and looking at all his presents!
