This afternoon we had a Songbirds session, led by Yo Tozer-Loft. The last session was in our visiting gazebo, so this was our first session in the visiting nook! It was lovely and warm! We sang some more well-known and traditional songs this time, with the use of the percussion eggs, rainbow scarves and elastic rope. Yo also brought in some puppets this time round to add a new dimension, we had some giggles. We ended with singing Old Langsyne, and holding hands. Yo is going to bring an amplifier, for our hard of hearing residents to see how that goes, next time. At the next couple of sessions, we will probably sing Christmas songs.
