This morning Vicky went around asking who would like a manicure. The options were hand cleansing, nail cleansing, nail clipping, filing, polishing, removing old nail polish and hand massage with hand cream. Vicky put on a Youtube channel called Music in hospitals and care homes. As Vicky did the nails she chatted with each person, sang along to the music with them or let them relax in silence if they preferred.
