This afternoon we celebrated Marjorie’s birthday. Vicky asked our tea dance singer Heather Kass to come and sing outside of the main lounge window for us, using her speaker. We had lots of residents and staff having a dance together. Some residents enjoyed walking up to the window to wave hello to Heather. Some residents recognised her from our tea dance. At the end we sang Happy birthday to Marjorie and presented her with the cake that Tracy had made. It was a much needed, fun afternoon.
