Pam C, Mary and Marion Peck were all very keen to help make mince pies this morning in the main lounge. Mary helped Tracy cut up the butter ready for rubbing in and she greased the patty tins. Pam, Marion and Mary all cut out the square and star shapes for our festive mince pies. The greatest part was tasting the finished creation soon after they had come out of the oven. Lovely, warm mince pies. Nothing nicer.
