This morning, residents enjoyed a lovely afternoon gathering in the main lounge for our weekly motion exercise class. We had a great time joining in all the games and exercises which was great fun. We also enjoyed having a little sing song to songs like The Grand Old Duke of York and Once I Caught A Fish Alive which was great. Everyone did very well this week especially Gordon who won Motioner of the week.
