This Morning our lovely Jean enjoyed a Ride out with Tim from cycling without age , We enjoyed a lovely fresh ride with the autumn sun to Endcliffe park , we enjoyed chatting and reminiscing along the way and looking at all the dogs running around and the groups of People running , this brought back fond memories for Jean about her days running and taking her dog for a walk 😊
