Today residents enjoyed a wonderful trip out to Thorne to go on the Ethel barge canal boat. We had a fantastic time out on the boat enjoying some cups of tea and lunch which was very relaxing. We also had the pleasure of seeing all the incredible birds and wildlife that is in the canal and was very interesting to learn some new facts about different birds and the history of things surrounding the canal from the lovely and very knowledgeable staff who made the trip even more special.
