This morning residents gathered in the main lounge for our weekly motion session with the lovely Aaron. We had a brilliant time doing a range of exercises and playing some games using equipment like pom poms and resistance bands. We also enjoyed having a sing along to songs such as once I caught a fish alive and the grand old duke of York. Every did very well with their exercises this week and Gordon won our Motioner of the week.
