This morning, residents enjoyed spending the afternoon in the main lounge taking part in our weekly motion session. We had a great time taking part in all the games and exercises including pom pom throws and balloon tennis. We also enjoyed having a little sing along to songs such as once I caught a fish alive and the grand old duke of York. Everyone did exceptionally well especially Ted who was our motioner of the week.
