This morning, we were joined by Aaron for this week’s Motion session. We started off with some pom-pom exercises to practice our throwing and catching skills. We then did some arm exercises using our noodles, followed by a game of balloon tennis where we kept the balloon up off the ground for 40! our new record. We then ended with some stretches using our yellow resistance bands as well as some singing. Our star of the week this week was Brenda for showing great enthusiasm today and working really hard.
