Motion

This morning, we gathered in the main lounge to take part in our weekly Motion exercise class brilliantly lead by the lovely Aaron. We started off practising our throwing and catching skills using pom-poms and then stretched our arm muscles using our pool noodles. We took part in another fun game of balloon tennis, whilst talking about our favourite sports and what teams we support. We ended with stretching our leg muscles using our yellow resistance bands, whilst having a sing-song in the process. Our star of the week this week was Jan for showing great enthusiasm and giving all the exercises her 100%. Well done Jan and everyone else who took part and a big thank you to Aaron for being wonderful with our residents.
