Residents enjoyed an exciting day out at the motion sports day today at the English Institute of Sport which was great fun. This involved taking part in a range of activities such as an egg and spoon race, bean bag kick and pom pom throw whilst competing against other care homes. Everyone did very well and we came 1st place for the second time in a row!!! Massive thank you to Zeezy and the rest of the motion team for having us it was a brilliant day out.
