Residents enjoyed a group time together looking at pictures/books about birds and discussing their names, past times spent in gardens at home and enjoyed admiring an ornamental bird nest complete with two realistic looking birds and eggs. Some helped set up a bird feeder which staff placed in the garden. Some bird feed and dried mealworms were placed around a flower bed and almost immediately a squirrel and magpie turned up for a feed. Interesting to watch.
