Residents enjoyed a trip out the English institute of sport today to take part in the motion sports day. We had a cup of tea and a chocolate bare before taking part in the activities competing against other care homes. The activities involved different exercises and games such as an egg and spoon race and bean bag kick which was a lot of fun for the residents and a lovely day out which was made even better when we found out we had come first!!
