Residents enjoyed a friendly, community-based church service this morning. We followed a C of E liturgical service booklet, singing hymns and reciting declarations of faith and prayers together. Everyone valued the opportunity to say “Farewell” to Peter who will be leaving today to go and live with his family. David shook his hand and Peter gave a speech saying “Thank you to everyone for such a happy care experience and he hopes to visit from time to time and stay in touch”.
