Residents enjoyed doing a spot of knitting and chatting with family members and staff. Many declined the opportunity to knit but did enjoy reminiscing about their “knitting days” and had fun admiring some knitted items – a scarecrow, a sheep, a bird, a bag and a hat made by Mary (which she modelled so beautifully).
