Residents enjoyed a fantastic, in-person, Motion session with Zeezy today. They had a great time doing stretches with the resistance bands and pool noodles. They also had fun throwing and catching the pom-poms. Our Motioner of the Week was the lovely Gwyneth and to finish it all off everybody sang Happy Birthday to Elisabeth and Bryan, ahead of time.
