Residents enjoyed a portal chair exercise experience with the very popular Zeezy from Motion. We had great fun doing lots of different exercise, using pompoms and stretch bands. We did some role play exercises and enjoyed a bit of singing, as we marched along. Ken was helped by a staff member and really seemed to enjoy taking part. He won the Motioner of the Week award, which was very well deserved.
