Residents enjoyed taking part in a baking activity this morning. They were offered a choice of what to make and we agreed upon shortbread. We sat round a table in a group and helped with weighing out, rubbing in, rolling and cutting out. We enjoyed reminiscing together about all the things we like to bake. Staff baked them in the oven for 10 minutes and we all had a taster whilst they were still warm and agreed they were wonderful and buttery.
