Residents, staff and family members all enjoyed a wonderful Crucible Tea Dance extravaganza with Russ Elliott entertained us in his own cheerful style It was Jenny and Alan’s 53rd wedding anniversary so Russ got us all to cheer them and sang a Carpenter’s song, one of Jenny’s favourites. Jenny met her old friend, another Jenny, there and they had a good natter. We all did lots of energetic dancing, mingling with other residents and staff from various care homes. We enjoyed the sunshine whilst waiting for the taxis to arrive.
