Residents enjoyed a warm up session playing Catch with a beachball and doing a spot of Pat-A-Cake clapping, both needing some good hand/eye coordination. Afterwards, we took part in a TV portal exercise experience with Zeezy inspiring some chair-based fun and energy. We used stretch bands, woggles and the parachute/beachball. It was the first time for our new resident Jim and he was very pleased to win the trophy this week.
