Residents chose to take part in another invigorating Motion chair exercise class with Zeezy via the TV portal. Good to have staff and volunteer Krystal helping. Residents did lots of stretching work with bands and pompoms. They enjoyed the balloon parachute game very much and did amazingly well at keeping the balloons up in the air. Bryan won the Motioner of the Week award, much to his delight.
