Residents chose to take part in a variety of activities this morning. Some enjoyed reading newspapers, watching a film (The Cruel Sea was suggested), video chats with family/friends, listening to music from the 1950’s and 60’s, having a walk or sit in the garden, watching a felting demonstration by Jo or taking part in a Knit and Knatter session. Residents enjoyed looking at our large selection of Twiddlemuffs knitted by members of St Marks Church and hat/gloves set and tea cosy knitted by activity staff. We reminisced about past knitting days, making clothes for children and grandchildren.
