Our male residents enjoyed Father’s Day, opening and reading cards and presents with staff, talking about their own fathers, children (or nephews/nieces) and some chose to sit out in the garden this afternoon with a bitter shandy and a few games of table top football. Very competitive! Great to have Karen, Eddie’s daughter, join us and Clarice and her daughter Karen gate-crashed the party but we welcomed them gladly. Great fun!
