Residents enjoyed a fun afternoon taking part in a Memory Cafe event. We joined in with a guitar singalong, waving shakey eggs and/or colourful scarves. We chose some of our favourite songs to sing. This acted as an icebreaker and afterwards we played the famous Alphabet Game. Clarice won in the Conservatory session and John won in the Main lounge one. A lot of residents took part and we reminisced about our favourite boys/girls names, flowers/trees and other topics. We ended with light refreshments and listening to our favourite singers, either Pavarotti or Andy Williams.
