Residents enjoyed a more intimate in-person Motion experience in the Conservatory with Zeezy and our volunteer Krystal plus staff. The low ceiling didn’t work too well with the balloons so we opted for a game of Pass the Memory Beachball and when the music stopped residents were encouraged to answer one of the questions about Sheffield, with help given where needed. Something different and enjoyable. We also sang and exercised to “Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes” which was fun. Monica won the Motioner of the Week award for concentrating so well this week.
