This afternoon we had a very energetic Motion session with Zeezy via portal TV. We had lots of laughs and giggles whilst doing hand and leg stretches and also stretching with stretch bands , pom poms and woggles. We had a game of balloon tennis which is our favourite and Peggy won Motioner of the Week for her continued hard work and also helping other residents today and being super supportive. Well done Peggy!
