Residents enjoyed another fabulous Motion exercise class this afternoon, led by Zeezy. Staff helped to make this an exciting and invigorating time with an ice-breaker session (whilst we were waiting for Zeezy to start) involving a “Pass the Smiley Cushion” game and when the music stopped, the resident had to choose a song to sing and we all joined in. Great laugh! The exercise class followed the usual format with a very energetic time of balloon tennis where we popped almost all the balloons. Marky did extremely well this week and was awarded the Motioner of the Week Award, much to her surprise.
