Residents enjoyed making some icing lettering to decorate 3 cakes this morning. We coloured the royal icing with yellow gel, mixed it in and rolled it out and used a set of “90” cutters for Eddie’s cake. We also had a go at rolling out some small letters for Brian’s leaving cake and Susan’s birthday cake. Great fun.
