Baking

We celebrated St David’s Day by watching a St David’s Day concert on YouTube whilst making Daffodil Biscuits. Good to have ladies from the main lounge mix together the sweet dough. This was left in the fridge for a few hours and ladies in the conservatory helped to roll and cut out the flower shapes. Edith helped to make marzipan daffodils doe decoration. They smelt, looked and tasted fantastic!
