Residents enjoyed another Motion exercise class with Zeezy on the TV portal. We had a large circle of happy residents taking part with some in armchairs behind but also taking part. We did lots of stretching to warm up then used the woggle to perform various pushing and pulling exercises. We enjoyed a playful game of catch the beach ball and also passed this around in a circle. Many gave good feedback about the session. Edith was pleased to win the Motioner of the Week award.
