Residents enjoyed another in-person exercise class with Zeezy from Motion this afternoon. It is always great to see him in the flesh and have a good chat with him. He is very popular amongst the residents and staff. We did all the usual stretches and exercises, including a few new ones. We had a game of balloon tennis which always makes us smile and brings such childlike joy and wonder. Peggy won the Motioner of the Week award this week.
