Some residents chose to help with a baking activity this morning – gingerbread biscuits. They smelt wonderful when they came out of the oven and we used icing and Xmas sprinkles to decorate ready for teatime. Apparently, Carol G used to have her own cake business and she thoroughly enjoyed sharing her expertise with us.
