We were very pleased to have individual Lost Chord performances with three of our residents today in their rooms. This comprised a 10-minute session with Sally singing via a Zoom call and a laptop. Sally tailored the songs to meet the known individual preferences of the residents. Janet, Nicole and Mildred all seemed to appreciate these sessions and were moving to the music, smiling etc. and when Sally sang “Daisy, Daisy,” Mildred joined in for a few moments which was very special. It was good to have a time of reflection and feedback with the Lost Chord team at the end. Well done to Lost Chord for this new initiative!
