We held an impromptu Gardening Club this morning as the weather was so lovely and hot on the back decking and some of our produce was ripe for picking, i.e. runner beans and a cucumber. The tomatoes are forming but not ripe yet. We have two young sunflowers growing in a pot next to the original old sunflower. We did some watering and stayed out for a while, enjoying a cup of tea and reminiscing about garden memories. It was great to see the transformation and discuss the progress we have made with our “secret garden”.
