This afternoon had our Hallamshire care home Olympics, session 2. The residents are competing against each other, and the staff are competing against each other. The residents get 10 points per movement, staff get 5 points per movement, except for managers, they get 20 points per movement. Staff can also earn us extra points by doing more challenging exercises. Today per staff did spotty dogs and squats for extra. We did lots of actions songs to keep everyone engaged, and did an array of moments. Next week we will be using balls, baskets and hoops.
