This morning we had a go at making truffles with Vicky. We would usually mix the cake crumbs with buttercream, but we had no icing sugar, so we used chocolate ganache instead. We only had two residents that wanted to join in, but the two that did, really enjoyed it. The truffles have now been put into the fridge to set. We can’t wait to sample them! We did sample to left over mixture, as the smell of the chocolate was making us salivate!
