This morning Vicky led an in-house church service in the quiet lounge. We started by speaking about Faith. We followed by listening to Vicky reading scripture John ch 20 v 24-29 which was about doubting Thomas and faith. We sang a few songs, such as Be still and know, this little light of mine, Jesus wants me for a sunbeam, Jerusalem, and He’s got the whole world in his hands. We said the Lord’s prayer together, also the prayer of serenity. Vicky played a beautiful song for us by Teze called My peace I leave, which everyone agreed was beautiful and full of peace. We listened to St Patricks breastplate and Vicky ended with a prayer for us all. Whilst Vicky served refreshments, we watched Songs of praise.
