This afternoon we had a Motion livestream session with Zeezy, via portal TV. Today’s helpers were Sonia and Deborah. We had great fun with the cheer pom poms, balloon tennis, using the pool noodles, stretches, using the resistance bands and cool downs. Today’s star of the week was Edith. Well done Edith! We all enjoyed a well-deserved cold drink after this and also sang Happy Birthday to our lovely and beautiful Anne! ?
