This afternoon we had a Motion livestream session with Zeezy, via portal TV. Today’s helpers were Vicky and Katie. We had such fun with the cheer pom poms, balloon tennis , using the pool noodles, stretches, using the resistance bands, Parachute fun and cool downs. We can also use today towards our care home Olympics points! Today’s star of the week was Olga. Well done Olga!
