This afternoon we had a Motion Livestream session with Zeezy, using the Portal TV. Vicky helped us to join in. We started with introductions and hellos. We had on Scottish and Irish accordion music in the background, to give us some energy. We did chair exercises, action songs, balloon tennis, using the pool noodles, exercise using the resistance bands, and cheer pom-poms. Vicky didn’t have any helpers today, so we didn’t get as many photos. Today’s star of the agreed by both Zeezy and Vicky, was Edith! Well done Edith!
