This morning Vicky introduced us to the smelly sock game. We bought some fruit soaps and a carbolic one and Vicky added a coconut one and a grapefruit one to the collection. Vicky numbered each sock, and put a bar of scented soap in each one. She wrote a list of the possible smells and if we couldn’t guess, she would narrow it down to two for us to guess from. Some people had no sense of smell, others had a really keen sense of smell. Olga won, she guessed four correct. George, Susan, and Edith, tied in second place, with three correct guesses each.
