Our families still made us feel very special today, despite us not being able to see them all as usual. We have had a stream of flowers, cards and presents arriving today and over the last few days. Obviously we all enjoyed looking at these and showing them to each other and some of us had a chat about our children with each other and with Helen. We had visits, assisted visits, Zoom calls, phone calls, and Vicky had also organised a special Mother’s day concert for us on You tube this afternoon with Kayley Cares. This was thoroughly enjoyed by those who chose to listen. We also had some Mothers day colouring , word searches and quizzes to keep us busy. Helen tried to photograph as many people as possible with their cards and presents but if there is no picture of your mum or loved one, rest assured that they will still have received them. Some people just didn’t want their photo’s taken today or were just too chocolatey!
