This afternoon we had Zeze from Motion, leading us in exercise. We did chair exercises such as going for a swim, marching, Head shoulders knees and toes and much more. We used Cheerleading pom poms, resistance bands, pool noddle’s for balloon tennis and the giant parachute. Peggy and Edith enjoyed sword fighting, while they waited for the balloon to come to them. Not as many people joined in this afternoon. There were lots of tired residents, but lots were smiling and enjoying the music, even if they weren’t joining in. Zeze chose a star pupil of the week, that joined in with every single exercise and game and that was Edith! We are going to make a golden star that we can award someone each week. Our staff Vicky, Sonia and Natalie joined in.
