This morning Helen went round offering manicures to residents and at the same time encouraged those residents who wanted to clip their own nails to do them. Some people chose to chat but we also had some Christmas music playing and some chose to sing along to this and even move their arms in time. The atmosphere was quite jolly in the lounge this morning.
