This morning Helen went round offering massage and concentrating mostly on those residents who are unable to participate fully in other activities. Quite a few people enjoyed some hand and arm massage and some enjoyed some scalp and upper body massage too. Some people enjoyed the interaction and a chat, whilst others shut their eyes and relaxed.
