This afternoon Yo Tozer came to lead our songbirds session. We put our new camping heaters on in the gazebo lounge for half hour before we started to make sure everyone would be nice and snug. Those that joined us this week were: Margaret P, Mary, Susan, Jenny, Eve, Zuandi and of course Vicky. We started with some action songs to wake us up, followed by some slow songs, then we sang some Celtic songs (Vicky’s favourite kind), and ended with the goodbye song. We used the percussion eggs, rainbow scarves and rainbow rope during this session. We sang in rounds, Yo leading one part and Vicky leading the other. Our resident gave us some lovely feedback at the end.
