This morning was scheduled for memory games. Vicky decided to do the Kim game, which many of our residents are familiar with. She chose 10 colourful objects from around the care home, arranged them on the trolley and covered over with a sheet. Vicky took the trolley around to each person that has the mental capacity and speech, showed them each item, one at a time, covered over, and then asked which items they could remember. Some people needed little clues but most did quite well, guessing 3 to 5 objects each.
