This morning we decorated cupcakes with Vicky. She made some coloured Royal icing and put it into piping bags for us. Vicky is going invest in a few icing syringes with the plunger mechanisms as most of the older generation are used to using those and not piping bags, but I think that you will agree that they did a great job, considering we usually use buttercream! Of course, they had to be taste tested too!
